This module covers cultural considerations, do’s and don’ts in writing, speaking and listening. This is a very interactive, fast paced, fact filled module designed to give students the subtle and not so subtle cultural conventions in Canada that allows them to make a professional impact on those with whom they communicate both in person and at a distance.
